The 2007 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon was selected one barrel at a time from our best lots of Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the county’s most renowned appellations.  Complex aromas of plums, cassis, cola and black olive. In the mouth, ripe and supple tannin enfolding layers of fruit, fennel, mint and bittersweet cocoa.

Food Pairing
This rich and full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon is an excellent accompaniment to hearty food such as lamb, pork and beef entrees.
